Being green is easy! It can save you money and reduce waste in our landfills. Here are some things that I encourage my buyers and sellers to help save the environment:
FREE boxes for the move. I will offer FREE boxes to my buyers when they are moving into their new home as long as they return them to me once they have completed their move. There are some great advantages to this service:
1. It's Free! 2. I will bring the boxes to you for FREE! 3. They do not get thrown out after the move and end up in the local landfill! 4. Did I mention this is FREE!!
Carpooling for showings. I know that everyone is busy and it is sometimes easier to drive separately for showings however I like to encourage carpooling for showings. The advantage of carpooling:
1. No wasted gas driving around behind your realtor! 2. Less wear and tear on your vehicle. 3. Get to know your realtor a little bit better and vice versa! 4. If your realtor is driving, it's free to you!!
